Cancellation Policy
To secure a performance booking with Victery Tutson (VT), a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total performance fee is required at the time of booking. Events may also be paid in full upon booking if preferred. Dates and performance times will not be confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received. In the event of a cancellation by the client, all deposits are non-refundable. Any remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the agreed-upon terms prior to the event date. For performances lasting up to 1+ hours, Victery Tutson (and band members) reserve(s) the right to take a minimum of two breaks totaling no more than 10 minutes combined, spaced appropriately throughout the performance. By submitting a booking request and payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these performance terms and policies.
